Excellent customer service from the staff on duty. The unit was huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one had a huge bathtub and double sinks. The pool area was compact but comfortable with a wonderful heated pool and a great hot tub, really hot. Great canal views too. I would not hesitate staying again if the price is right.

Nice quiet resort. We stayed in a remodeled room. The rooms had walk-in closets with ample shelving and storage. The staff is extremely friendly. Small game room that has air hockey and table tennis. Property is well taken care of. The beach is a close drive away or you can use the resort shuttle.

Although some might prefer a beach front location, we love the close parking for the condo and free shuttle service to the two beach locations. The shuttle provides free chairs and a cooler along with a beach umbrella for a very small weekly fee. It's very convenient and easy to get in and out . Also, the staff are all super friendly and helpful! It stays full so book very early!

We travelled with another family so 7 of us. The 3 bedroom suite was huge and accommodated us comfortably. Kitchen was great, 8 seater dinning table, sofa bed and outdoor balcony. Aircon was lovely and quiet. |Pool area overlooking a waterway was nice and the staff were excellent. Free transfers to and from the beach.

I am modifying my review, in finishing laundry prior to check out, I noticed the air filter and the inch of dust on the filter and on the unit made this incredibly worse. I made sure the staff was aware of this situation as we were leaving. Please note Abraham was fantastic.Good man. We will never go back. They say construction they mean it. Grinders and hammering. They have two elevator and one is out of service. That means elevators going up and down use this elevator this means tools and construction staff pack with guest. We really we looking for a relaxing time. So until this construction is completed. It's at best a 3 bedroom holiday inn express with out the breakfast. Not a resort.

Under construction the whole week. Jack hammers in the elevators, pool closed outside. UGH. Location is a bit off the beaten path, gotta drive most places. Few restaurants and the grocery store is walkable. Right on a canal across from houses.

Excellent place to stay, I will recommend it with my eyes closed and I will go back anytime! We stayed in two of the 3 bedroom apartments on a Family Trip! Everything was perfect! even the expresso coffee maker and the complimentary grinded coffee! The personnel is incredibly kind and helpful, they take you to the beach and back any time, give you beach towels, chairs and coolers, even children toys! Game room, pool, grills for BBQ, etc. Location is perfect, Location is perfect, in front of a water canal and facing the sunset, also, walking distance from Marina and Restaurants, grocery store, etc. I am very thankful for the wonderful vacation we had and will come back!

Had a great stay. Rooms are nice with everything you need. We cooked several times and never lacked for anything. Gave 4 stars for location because it's not beachfront 😜 but they do have a convenient shuttle to both beaches. Although not on the beach, location is closer to restaurants and stores...very conveniently located next door to a Winn Dixie grocery store for anything you need. Game room was entertaining for kids with ping pong table, shuffleboard, air hockey table, and Foosball. From the looks of it, the gym seemed well appointed as well. Pool was nice, not overly big, but big enough that we never felt crowed.

A good hotel for family vacations the room was nice and the staff were mostly friendly. Near a lot of food spots and a nice park. The pool is nice but closes early. Overall, a good experience except for some of the appliances in the rooms is dated and or doesn't work properly.
